if this bike won't throw a chain with this guide, i'm betting nothing will. set up takes some time to get just right. if your riding skills exceed your mechanical skills, get your favorite bike shop to set you up properly.

i would reconmend this to anyone who needs a guide and has the money. but if ur not a bike guy or do not have the proper tools have this professionally installed do not risk striping out your bottom bracket. all and all it is very good, never drops chain, quiet, rollers are nice, and made out of very nice quaily supplies.

Well i like it a lot but the chain still rattles around too much like with my friends Trek bruiser one proberly is more quiet than it .The chain isn't hitting the frame it is rattleing against the bash plates.But except for that mad chain guide hasn't fallen off.
