Use these on my mountain bike shoes for training on my cyclocross bike. I have used them primarily in 40-60 degree weather and they work fantastic to keep my toes warm by preventing the normal ventilation in my shoes. They also allow me to easily put on and/or remove my shoes without taking the toe covers off.
