The main cogset is machined out of a single forged form that is hollow, heat treated and then shaped in a complex series of CNC-guided operations never before seen in this type of application. I am using this "EXCELLENT" cassette on a 2012 Catrike 700 Racing Recumbant (Trike) that I built in June 7, 2012...And I have been using the Sram OG-1090 on a rear FFWD Carbon Disc wheel...I have used several cassettes on the market in the past BUT this Sram OG-1090 has the BEST shifting and is the MOST durable of them all....I am using this cassette with 10 speed Sram TT900 Carbon Thumb Shifters and the Carbon Sram OX 10 speed rear black derailluar with ceramic bearings.....I am planning to buy another Sram OG-1090 for my carbon (5 Spoke) Aerospoke wheel, which is a second rear wheel for my Catrike 700 Racing Recumbant project..Note: I am clocking/riding 30+ miles a day (6 days a week) and this Sram OG-1090 has performed excellent!!!!

Do yourself a favour: save your money, buy a 1070 (like all the pros use), and you won't have to be embarassed by your drivetrain. Hollow was just a bad idea.

Mixed until I figure out the issue with the chain fit. The bike is a new build and I had to re torque the crank and and tighten a few other things. If I find out if the chain is in spec I may go back to the 11-23 shimano cassette.
