Picked up one of these,rode in it once then ordered another. Great thin long sleeve for the days where it is just a tiny bit colder. The wrist cuffs are awesome as they help hold armour etc. underneath and don't flop over your gloves. (Some jerseys have wide wrist openings that are a pain). I'm 5'10 and 180lbs and the large fits perfect over my TLD shock doctor gear.
