I love, love, love these shorts! I have two pair; one of each color. The fabric has a really nice, soft hand yet is very durable (does not snag on branches or the like) and stretchy. They are silent, unlike some baggies where you get the "swoosh, swoosh" with every pedal stroke. I love how they fit slimmer; I don't feel like I'm wearing a pair of MC Hammer's shorts. The liner is not see-thru like some other shorts, so if you gotta shed the baggy (so as not to soil the inside of your car after a dirty ride) no one gets offended (or aroused). The chamoix is very comfy without feeling like a diaper. Have used these on 40+ milers. These are, by far, my favorite shorts and the most comfy. I even packed both pair (sans liner) and used them liberally on a trip to Europe last summer for all the walking/hiking I knew we'd be doing.
