Comments about Nokian Gazza Extreme 29" Studded Tire:
I'm really happy with these tires. I have a commute that includes some single track up/downhill. I figured I needed lots of spikes to handle the tough stuff and I could live with more rolling resistance and rolling slower on the paved paths. These tires are exactly what I expected. The price is WAY better than any LBS here in Calgary. I have lost no studs whatsoever and the grip is astounding. The only comment is that while running the tires at mid-point of their pressure range, clear pavement gives you one hell of a vibration with any speed. It's a little disconcerting at first but not really a big deal.
