I bought two sets of the (4 total) on closeout for about 3.00 ea nine years ago. They were a weird color so they were really cheap. I used them mostly for commuting and for a stint on my Single Speed MTB. I went through two full sets of Specialized and one set of Trek cages in the time I had these and these things are still going. If. you ride agressive MTB you may see an eject or 2 (I had about 4 in 9 years), but for all other uses they are fantastic.

Certainly not flashy, but then again, they're not bargain basement or cheap looking at all. The shape of the wire isn't plain round, but rather, kind of square, a nice detail.They're much liter than I expected when I held them in my hand, and though I haven't had them long enough to talk durability, I would be surprised if there were any issues.I gave it 5 stars because it's [$], but better quality than it needs to be.
