If you got an old BB that is cracking and creeeking. You have a square taper crankset then this is the BB you want. Easy to install. Will last a very long time. Very durable. So get it and get back to riding!!

I've had a couple with plastic, and although I didn't have problems with them, they just didn't inspire confidence. For a few dollars more, you can get this one that feels better made in all respects. Fits great, looks better installed than others, and has worked well for me for about a year so far.

I purchased this to replace the bottom bracket on my single speed road bike. Install was simple and all is well. I have approximately 250 miles on the new bottom bracket and it is as quiet as when I installed it.
