I've bought two pairs of these and 1 brake pad out of 4 was about 1 millimeter longer than the others, so it didn't fit. I had to do some work on it with a file before I could fit it into the brake caliper. I call it a poor quality control.
However, once I fit them, the braking power is quite good and they are cheap, so I give them a good rating overall.
I don't usually ride in the rain, so I can't say about wet braking, but dry braking is good.

I've been using these for several years as alternative to the spendy Shimano XTR pads for my circa 2005 XTR brakes. Every other pad I've tried has howled at some point, but never have had a problem with these. Work well in dry dusty or wet muddy. Absolutely give them 5 star rating!

Have used these in place of XTR pads & have been very happy. Have tried most of the after-market pads out there & these are the only ones I haven't had squealing probs with. They do wear rather quickly but at about the same rate as the XTR resin pads. I go through two sets a season and ride about 4x/wk. Try em, think you'll like em.

For the money you can't beat them. My front brake with a different style rotor (warrantied ) didn't make much noise or sqeal, so maybe it's caused partly by the stock rear rotor.
