A brake rotor is a pretty basic product, but I appreciate the design, price and performance of this one in particular. I bought these to replace my avid rotors that were priced almost twice as much.
They work well. Very slightly less grabby, but don't notice it on the trail at all.

The 180mm rotors offer great stopping power compared to my previous 160mm. I got these with some nice packaging. The screws were sealed seperate from the rotor to prevent damage during shipping. They work great with my Hayes G2 setup.

I weigh 190lbs and ride a full-suspension XC/trail bike. The 160mm Storm SLs have worked great for me. Very light. With the light weight comes some compromise--it takes more lever pressure to get the same breaking power as other rotors that have more material on the breaking surface. Not a huge problem if you don't frequently lock'em up. The upside is that the modulation is excellent with the SLs. Very precise speed control. If you're a clydesdale or think you'll need really powerful stopping ability, just go 180mm up front. Overall, a great rotor for XC and trail.
