I bought these levers when converting my single speed from flat bars to track-style ones. They are a good value for what you get, feel solid with a good action but they aren't pretty by any means. Not ugly, exactly, just ordinary looking. For the price I will make that trade every time though, and the adjustable reach allowed me to dial in the lever to suit my riding position.

The Tektro RX 4.0 (pictured in chrome) works well, is easy to install (even comes with a sleave for larger diameter bars) has a comfortable reach and a nice, smooth action. I looked at some more expense levers (Cane Creek) but found these to be a good value for the money. I recommend these!
