have used this mount on the handlebars when mtn biking and capture some great footage. I haven't experienced any shaking. make sure the clamp is tightened down and you'll be fine. if you experience too much shaking, get a better fork :)
You can use this mount to attach to your handlebars, seatpost, fork, etc.. It's pretty easy to use/figure out and provides a solid mount. From a biking perspective, if you mount this to your handlebar and go mountain biking, expect to see very little clear video.. it will be VERY shaky. It's true to a lesser degree on the seatpost.. but then what can you see from the seatpost? If you're using this as a secondary view, that's cool.. but for primary use, I don't see what you'd use this mount for... for MTB'ing.Jenson really needs to carry a helmet mount and chest mount for this camera for mountain biking...
