I bought this as a replacement seat binder for an 1980s steel road bike, since the other replacements wouldn't work with the particular design of the frame. The old seat binder was worn to the point of nearly stripped and I didn't really want to take the risk with the older frame.
This seat binder is nicely formed polished steel with clean threads. It weighs precisely 10 grams. It does what it's supposed to do and looks good doing it. It's a well-made part. If you can't afford full Campagnolo, at least you can have a Campagnolo seat binder...
