They're fruit snacks for cyclists!
No really, these are much more than simple sugar fruit snacks. They've got a great even texture and don't get your hands or jersey pockets sticky like GU.
I find them difficult to eat while riding, however. Even with the top of the packaging pre-opened, the blocks themselves are difficult to push through the tube. Not easy to eat with one hand.
They provide a nice change from bars or gels, especially on long rides.
GU is the ultimate in easy energy on the bike. These take a close second.
