My wife and I purchased this for our 2 year old niece. She absolutely loves the bike.
I purchased two of these bikes, one for my 5 year old (now 6) and one for my 2 year old ( now 3) Both kids LOVED these bikes it took a few days for my old kid to catch on and the youngest about a month. They rode these bikes constantly, and after a year they got real bikes. The most amazing result was watching my son take of on a 18 inch BMX bike after 30 feet of assistance and continue Non-stop for close to 15 minutes after that. I am NEVER using Training wheel bikes again!
My wife and I purchase a run bike from Strider last March for our son's second birthday. He has been using it daily for the last six months and loves it. He quickly caught on to the concept and was able to balance on it within the first few days. Since then his ability has improved and just the other day he took his first ride on a regular 2-wheeler (no-training wheels) at age two and a half. I would recommend this time and time again.
