The Steilacoom RCX embodies everything necessary for cyclocross racing. Perfect for single track, mud fields, sand pits, staircases, and hurdling; the makers of Diamondback thoughtfully refined the geometry for the CX rider’s needs. The Steilacoom RCX is built around the ultra light fully butted 7005 alloy competition cyclocross frame with formed top tube and integrated headtube. Diamondback made sure that the bike was not only light, but strong enough to handle the rigors of the CX course.

Component pairing is very important for any cross bike. Diamondback did not take any short cuts. With a Shimano 105 build including cassette, chain, front and rear derailleur, and dual control 10 speed brake/ shift levers you’ll feel the difference. Avid Shorty 4 cantilever brakes will stop you at the drop of a dime, while the FSA Gossamer PRO Cross crank will help you climb to the top of the podium.
