DMR's V6 pedals are an evolution of their V12 pedal design, only this time done up in nylon. Otherwise, the sharp looking pedal is equipped with the same concave footprint and narrow profile that DMR pedals are known for, and it spins on the excellent Dual DU bushing system. Inside you'll find a cromoly axle, and the business end includes full length 6mm off-road pins for added grip.
Super grippy and love the colors. Bought a pair to test out on my hardtail. Really enjoying them and impressed for the price. I have more expensive pedals on my trail bike and find myself almost liking these more.
I was building a bike on a very tight budget and I was really picky about my pedals. Too cheap and they just look and probably are crap. Or good and too expensive. When I found these I gave them a try. Turned out they have a good width and nice profile. Although the pins are nylon and they are long they stick well and will probably become shorter and a little more grippy after awhile. My only major gripe is that they do not have a low key color like black or grey. But they'll look good on an all black bike.
This pedal is very lightweight but has great height pins and a really nice concave over the axial. Only issue is a bearing went out on one after just 30miles. Jenson promptly sent me another out right away.
Not to many options when it comes to less expensive pedals. Wanted to upgrade from the cheap small pedals that came on my kids bike. Wanted a larger platform and some more grip. This pedal seems to accomplish both at a relatively less expensive price. Love the bright kid friendly colors (purchased neon green). Pedal seems to spin smoothly enough. Pedal definitely seems solid and strong. He's only been on them a little while so we will see how the spindles and the plastic studs hold up, but he's also not ripping through rock gardens. Actually purchased two sets of Gusset slim Jim LB pedals for older brothers and I wish I had saved a little and ordered two more sets of these instead.
