If you have ever taken a digger, then you know how important full finger gloves are.
These gloves have it all. They look good, feel good, they are durable and they keep your hands relatively cool as they breathe/vent we'll.
The palm doesn't have seems as its a single, perfectly shaped and cut piece of suede that feels awesome against your skin.
Tip, buy the gloves to be as small as you can get them. Since they don't have a velcrow strap around the wrist, you'll want a tight fit. Also, gloves tend to loosen up over time so that's a reason to get the fit right as well. I found the sizing to be appropriate according to the chart so I can't imagine you'd have issues. Just follow the directions how to measure for fit...
Simple, buy them! They are an incredible value!

Comments about Dakine Step-Up Glove 2011:
From day one, I've always used full finger gloves. Here in South Florida, there is always an abundance of trees that are at various stages of growth. I have had run ins with big trees as well as the smaller ones. Had I not been wearing gloves like the Dakine ones I recently purchased from Jenson, my fingers would be minced meat. The gloves fit like it should with enough give to allow quick finger movements. The one thing that should have been built in the design was an open collar design that makes for easier entry. Overall, the glove is an excellent choice for the adventurous mountain biker; hands down.

I really like the feel of these gloves, they are hard to get on and I knew that when I bought them, but they do get easier to put on after a few rides. Soft area for wiping sweat is a bonus.

Comments about Dakine Step-Up Glove 2011:
I use these for XT and All Mountain riding and love them. They give a super confident bar feel and never give me that vague feel some cheaper gloves give. For the price, these are the best I have tried, but buy one size up.
Comments about Dakine Step-Up Glove 2011:
I've been using the gloves all season and they are holding up well. As noted in other reviews gloves do run small so order up one size.
