Comments about Avid Elixir 9 With HS1 Rotor:
I've been riding these brakes for close to a year now and each time out they really impress me. The modulation, smooth stroke and feel is unbeatable. They set up and install easily, they are super adjustable (no tool lever and pad contact adjust which actually works vs. some competitors' issues I've heard about). I ride a 200/180mm combo on my AM bike and these have plenty of power to stop me especially in those tight situations. When pushing boundaries require reliable stoppers, these are the ones for me for sure. Great break surely ahead of the rest in its class imo.
