I was looking for a brake upgrade from my stock pads on my Tektro Auriga Comp hydraulics and these fit the bill! I had already upgraded to 203mm/180mm rotors, but I like to be able to use 1 finger on the brakes and I weight about 225 pounds loaded down on a ride (plus bike at about 35 lbs).
The organic compound pads grab really hard and they bedded to my rotors easily and quickly (about 5 stops from 15-20 mph on each rotor, allowing cooling in between, plus a couple of stops with both rotors to test emergency stop performance). The brake power and feel is a night and day difference, and they're quiet and smooth (no squeaking or turkey gobbles). Also the price is very reasonable, especially compared to some of the "high-end" pads at $20-$30 per pair!
I expect I found my pads whenever I need replacements from now on!
