I saw this was on sale and it has great review so I decided to go for it. I have a Montague X70 with a straight 560 mm handlebar. It never felt as stable or comfortable as my Specialized Enduro with 760 mm riser handlebar.
Well, this new handlebar certainly changed the bike's character. The most noticeable difference was how much easier it was to maneuver the bike around obstacles. The bike felt more stable. I never realized how can longer handlebar can have such a dramatic change in how the bike feels. The second thing was the extra height. My back felt less strain than previously after 2 hours ride.

Even at full retail are great value. prefer the UD finish to other bars with cosmetic finishes. have survived much abuse, kissing trees, air travel etc.

Used on a hardtail XC mtb and it has the right angles for the sweep and bend, right amount of riser height. Dampens some of the vibrations you get from washboard roads and trails.

I use this on my XC 29er. It's pretty stiff compared to other fiber bars I've used so that's a definite plus. And at this price point...it's a steal! I bought two!
