Great product. As other's have mentioned, the chamois is a bit big or thick. But it's only noticeable when walking. It's actually very comfortable when on the bike. I'm 6' tall and 180 lbs w/ a 35" waiste and bought the large. I think I could have bought the med. and had the waist fit a little more snug. I've worn them for winter/early spring rides here in NC in temps between high 30's and upper 60's.
