these grips are great especially if your experiencing some type pain, fatigue or numbness. they are different and you have to take the time to get them adjusted correctly for your riding position. i have about 50 miles on them and they have really made a difference for me.

These are nice grips for folks who need a little more support in the hands while you're riding. Solid grips aid handling, control and riding confidence. I heard from one woman that these really helped out with alleviating her wrist pain on longer rides. Use the "small," (GP-1s) though. My hands are big and the "small" size fits just right. The large size is really for people Shaq size.

Ergon grips make rides so much more pleasent. No wrist pain or sore hands. They are heavy when compared to foam grips, but worth the weight penalty

Having tried several different styles of grip, I'm camping out on these. Huge difference with felt vibration and lessened fatigue. My rides are generally desert and mountain single track and trail and this has been the most forgiving and comfortable grip I've owned- no more premature fatigue. Reminds me a lot of the awesome Oakley 3 BMX grips I used as a kid and with reduced fatigue comes better control and longer rides. Recommend not using the extensions if you ride in heavily treed or brushy areas.

I use these grips for recreational mountain biking, and was having issues with numbness after extended riding. These grips are very comfortable, fits hand very well and make you feel like you more control. Easy to install and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

i use this on my alternative bike to give my wrists a break. reduce ulnar nerve irritation and numbness. Trying to keep a lighter grip when riding but these grips give me a break when i need it. It helps while i try to reduce my bad habit of having a death grip when i turn it up a notch. Not so much a performance grip as a comfort measure in my opinion but they serve that purpose perfectly.
