Here's some helpful information right off the package.Description26-28" UNIVERSAL MUDGUARD SETSizes35mm - ROAD RACING for size of tires 700/18-2845mm - HYBRID for size of tires 700/28-4060mm - MOUNTAIN BIKE for size of tires 26/1.3-2.3I found the lack of sizing info on the jensonusa site and the english/metric measurements to be a little confusing. The fender are sized and adjustable for 700 mm and 26" tires. The fenders width covers a recommended tire size range in mm or inches.I purchased the 45mm fenders to fit over a 26x1.25" tire. In retrospect I may have bought the 60mm for more protection but the 45 mm covers my wheel just fine. If I ever switch back to a MTB tire I'm SOL. Installation was easy and all the necessary hardware was included. The rear fender only requires one attachment point per side for the stabilizers, which is helpful since I have a rack too. Although they are plastic, they seem to be a high quality fender with mud flap for a reasonable price.
Installation was easy, all the holes lined up. Has done an effective job keeping me dry. I feel like it is a good value for the price.
