The Black Forest line of hard tail 29er bike were designed and developed to be a go to bike for unadulterated cycling fun at an affordable price. The Frame is made from ultra durable Alloy. The Alloy metal is hydroformed to exact specifications to meet the geometry requirements. The headtube angle is a nice 70 degrees which is slack and comfortable. The chainstays are 447mm; this length gives you stability and agility. Moving on to the Black Forest’s component build; we start off with the RockShox XC 30 TK RL with 100mm of travel. This fork is fantastic for Cross Country trail riding. 30mm stanchions are super stiff and help reduce flex. A Shimano XT rear derailleur is utilized to for maximum shifting performance. The Focus Black Forest is a super high performing bike at an awesome value. This bike is perfect for the armature rider and the rider just starting out.
