I use these gloves for XC and CX riding in the Pacific Northwest. Gloves, to me, are essential, but I also don't like to spend much on them because I typically go through 3-4 pairs a year and don't really see the need for extra expense if they get the job done. I can't say I've ever splurged on really face gloves, but I haven't felt the need to either.
The Fox Digit does the job with great satisfaction. I've had a few pairs, used for 4 season or riding, wet and dry, and they have saved many a finger and palm from getting torn up crashing on gravel corners and bashing into trees.
The palm is durable an grippy. They do fit a bit snug (I bought an XL), but that doesn't seem inconsistent with other gloves I've tried. The only down side would be no really discernible nose wipe; but hey, snotting up your gloves is kind of gross anyways- just farmers snot off the course and move on!
Bottom line: Great, inexpensive glove. No regrets here.

My original Digits (I still use them) are phenomenal; but for some reason Fox changed the design and material to this new faux leather. When they get soaked with sweat - I lose control; especially on steep descents. To be fair - I ride in a pretty humid place. If I was in Colorado, maybe these would be fine. I love the fit and feel (when dry), but these gloves could use silicon on the palms to help when its wet.

These gloves fit well, are well made and durable, and offer some nice protection. I've used my pair for about a year and a half. The only complaint I have is that they chafe my hand at the top of my palm just below my fingers, and I've gotten blisters on long rides. Other than that, very happy with them.

Use the sizing chart in the product description and you should not be disappointed with fit. For me, it is like not having a glove between my hand and the bars, perfect fit. Will stick with these until they stop making them.

I've owned these gloves for about 4 months now. They are nice gloves if you are looking for a un-padded palm, but the wrist straps are small and the velcro has separated from the plastic strap.

This is a great glove for a lower price. I used it for a 24 hour race and worked great. always kept good contact and friction on my grips. No slipping. The only con I found was that the glove fits a little tighter than I though even though I used the sizing chart.
