This bag fits the bill for a no-frills seat bag. It's big enough for a tube, inflator, a multi-tool, and a phone, but not much else (which is how I like 'em). You could probably get a wallet in there too if your phone is small.
It hangs on with Velcro straps less tightly than is ideal. The design is boxy and it lacks the reflective accents common to other bags. All faces of the bag are soft, there are no stiff reinforcements in the panels to "shape" the bag. The zipper is good and the seams are well stitched.
I have similarly small bags on other bikes, and of the lot this is my least favorite. It's also the least expensive. It lacks the details that make a great bag, but on a budget might be just the right thing.

I strapped this to my Fuji mountain bike to carry a spare tube, tire levers, and multitool, plus my phone and ID card. Everything fits in just right, though I would have liked it to be expandable so I could add a gel in there as well. But, at this pricepoint, I'm only nitpicking. Some MTB'ers don't like having a seat bag, but I do mostly long jeep trails and the occassional blue trail. Many miles from nowhere, I needed a bag that would keep me self-sufficient.
