Prices shown in currencies other than USA Dollars are estimates based on current exchange rates. We will charge your credit card in USA Dollars on the day your order is shipped, and the conversion to your local currency will be done at the prevailing rate by your credit card issuer.
Shipments outside the USA are declared as “bike parts” for customs purposes and will include the actual amount paid for merchandise and shipping. Jenson USA will not mark your parcel as a “gift”, declare a value lower than the actual price paid, or otherwise prepare false customs information.

Surly is known for creating strong fat tire bikes. They debuted the Pugsley a few years back and it was an instant hit. The Pugsley took you places that a standard bike couldn’t. However, there are places and conditions that require an even larger footprint. Therefore, the Moonlander was created.
The heart of the Moonlander is the 4130 CroMoly steel, which you’ll find every Surly bike is made of. The Moonlader features 135mm- space, 28mm- offset, rear- loading Surly horizontal dropouts (track ends) and a derailleur hanger. You’ll be able to build it up as either a singlespeed or multi- speed bike. The dropped and gusseted top tube maximize stand over height. The tall headtube allows for a more upright riding position, for epic rides. Sharing the same axle to crown measurements as the Pugsly (447mm), all of Surly’s fat forks are interchangeable between the two bikes. Disc brake mounts allow you to use a front disc brake caliper with a 135mm O.L.D. rear hub, or with a 135mm spaced Surly front hub. The Moonlander accommodates Surly’s new 4.7” Big Fat Larry tires. If you’ve ever wanted more float for coasting the hills, the Moonlader is a very viable option for you!
