Either the connection isn't being established or something else is going on, as the 'charge' won't even allow a 15 minute ride using the flash mode. I bought this primarily because it was supposed to charge with a USB connection. I bought the rear light that runs on a battery & it has worked very well.

I've used the flea for at least a year now and it has been awesome. It recharges via a USB adapter which makes it (for me) very convenient. It's suprisingly bright, with three different modes of steady, high power steady and strobe. It attaches to your handlebar with a simple velcro wrap so it is easily transferred, say, from my commuter set up to my road bike if I anticipate a long ride. It's about the size of a zippo and inconsequentially lightweight since it isn't relying on heavy batteries. Only drawback I've anticipated is that you have to keep tabs on the USB adapter since it isn't built in to the unit.

This light is tiny and powerful. I have had this ligt for over a year now and it is still going strong. I have had some issues with the velcro strap recently but nothing that cant be fixed. If you are looking for a lightweight, small, and cheap light for your roadbike look no further.
