I had been suffering some wrist discomfort and frequently had to change hand positions and use my bar-ends just to keep my wrists from hurting. Adjusting my saddle position and stem length helped, but my wrists were still bending due to the cylindrical shape of my old grips.

The GP3 grips are very comfortable and are easy to set up and adjust. The clamp is solid and I never have any worries about twisting the grip on the bar. Considering that they also include bar-ends, they are lighter than my factory grips which were not clamped and suffered from "throttling". The graphics are clean, yet sophisticated, and the sustainable biokork material is very comfortable and I can be all smug about how my grips are eco-friendly.

If you are still using your factory grips, BUY THESE NOW. At first I thought the price was a little steep, but now my wrist pain is gone, and my commutes are so much more enjoyable.

I use these on my commuter bike and they have really transformed my ride. My wrists used to get really sore 10-15 mins into my ride, it made me want to stop riding. I thought that I would give some Eargon grips a try, boy am I glad I did. The platforms on the backside of the grip somehow really reduce the pressure on your hands. I also really like the bar ends as a way to change up ones grip. They are really easy to install one bolt on each grip secures it to the handle bars. It took me about a half an hour to get both set in a place that I like but they have not moved since, and I ride on some really rough roads.

Great grips, Really adds comfort to long rides and they look fantastic (on my bike at least). It's also nice that you can adjust the bar ends separately from the grip portion.

The only negative is that they only clamp at the end of the bar, there is no second clamp on the inside, although this hasn't been a problem as they seem to grip the bar very well.
