Have used these on two mountain bikes I use around town and do not want to worry about stolen wheels. Yes, an allen wrench is all that's needed, but I'm not sporting expensive wheels. Combined with the Woodsman seatpost clamp, I'm set.

I wanted something to add another layer of security to my singlespeed commuter and thought these would do the trick.
The cromo shafts were noticably less burly than the standard QR's on my Fulcrum wheels. After installing the rear wheel would slip without much leverage at all.
I am going to save them for a geared bike down the road.
