Having Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both wrists made it very difficult for me to ride. After trying different types of gloves designed around CTS, I decided to try these bar wraps. The padding adds considerable thickness to the bar, so if you have small hands, this may not be the wrap for you. I wear an XL glove and it fits me fine.
I have ridden 3 times with them so far with one of the rides traversing 3 miles of dirt/gravel road. The wraps cushioned my hands very nicely and I got very little numbness. Overall, I will definately purchase this product again, if and when they wear out.

Looks like a good idea, but the "pads" are made of foam, not gel. As they compress, they do not recover. They do change the shape and size of the bar. The tape included is not padded but seems durable. I will be changing the tape out for some geltape but leaving the pads on.
