Comments about Hayes Pro Bleed Kit:
This kit would not be used by a pro. It is frustrating to opperate and makes bleeding brakes difficult. The tubes provided refuse to stay on the bleed screws. Come on Hayes, you can make a better product!!

Comments about Hayes Pro Bleed Kit:
The El Camino system requires a threaded fitting to attach the bleed hose, so I can understand the need for those specific parts. But for Hayes Nine/Sole (like mine) you basically use a fitting that just pushes into the bleed hole and doesn't fit snug or tight. So I could have done that myself with some cheap plastic tubing from any hardware store and spent maybe less than $5 on the DOT fluid, which would have saved me a lot of money compared to this [$] kit.

Comments about Hayes Pro Bleed Kit:
The hanger is a short spoke that user is supposed to bend, tape to catch bottle and hang on handle bars. The bike's handle bar is about as thick as the length of the spoke after it is bent. After inserting the recommended 6" hose (which wasn't in the kit and contents page shows it should be) you barely have any room to have sufficient gravity in order to have used fluid go into it. I ended up using an old cottage cheese tub. HFX-9 brakes that still use the G2 caliper will not work with kit.

Comments about Hayes Pro Bleed Kit:
This kit has everything you need to bleed your hayes brakes. Just follow th e instructions and you should be able to keep it clean.
Comments about Hayes Pro Bleed Kit:
It was my first time trying to bleed my brakes. I did it in no time alone. Very clean job.
Comments about Hayes Pro Bleed Kit:
Extremely frustrating to connect hoses to caliper bleed valve and extremely messy, brake fluid gets everywhere. I am tired of the mess from bleeding my Hayes 9. Save your money and use it to switch to Avid or another brand of brakes.
