Something less than a traditional arm warmer, but more than wearing nothing. I find these more than sun sleeves and a great race-day arm "covering." Does not insulate, but provides some blockage from the wind and sun, as well as a little compression.
An unusual product that isn't for everyday use. But is also quite useful.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
