Super easy to convert your hope evo pro 2 hubs to thru axle. Only a pair of pliers need to pull of the old ones, and push on the new ones by hand.

Comments about Hope Technology Hope Pro 2 Evo Rear Hub Conversion Caps:

If you want to convert your Hope Pro EVO rear hub to a 142 rear axle this is all you need. You will have to remove the cassette, I use Park tools. Other than that the old caps popped right out, I used the open end of a 9mm QR but a long screwdriver will work. Hope's the best!

The caps will work great with a regular freehub. However, if you have an eleven speed XX1 cassette it will not fit. The cassette doesn't fit over the cap causing the axle to bind and not spin.

Hope makes, in my opinion, an excellent product. I have a set of Pro II evo hubs on my trek EX8. I bought the conversion kit for the frame to switch the rear axle to a through axle. I got these hub spacers to make it all work. Very easy to install, quality product
