I have heard about the benefits of wool vs man made fabrics for years and was skeptical as I fell for the "quick-drying-anti-microbrial-no-smell" marketing hype of all the different polyester blends. But this stuff is true. No funk after 3hour+ sweaty rides in 25-30 C degree days.
I love these shirts. They are form fitting, even in XL but they are not uncomfortable at all. If you don't get them on sale, they can be expensive also. Still worth the money. I got rid of all my other short sleeve dry-fit/polyester riding shirts and am only wearing merino wool from now on.
