Quality product with a good assortment of misc. parts (cable ends, ferrules, etc). Unfortunately there wasn't enough housing to replace both the rear and front derailleurs. The bike I was repairing (Specialized EPIC 29er) has full length continuous housings which run from the shifters to the actual derailluers. The cables were long enough, but needed about 2 1/2 more feet of housing. Needed to order an additional kit to complete the repair.

Performs as advertised. Much smoother than the standard stuff on my Diamondback Sortie. Cable is smooth, slick, and very pliable. Housing seals everything up. It's only been installed for a few rides so time will tell but so far A+.

These are my favorite shift cables and housing - they're easy to install and they perform really well. I was shocked by how much they improved the feel and performance of my shift levers. And it doesn't hurt that they come in lots of fun colors.
For those complaining that you can't run full housing: that's true, but Jagwire does include cable stops and a simple plastic tube to enclose the exposed cable, which drastically reduces dirt and water contamination.

Didn't realize it but my old cables were making life tough. Was going to go with "standard" replacement and then decided to try these teflon coated ones. I now use them on every bike.

The cable housing is not long enough for bikes with sealed cable housing running the entire length. There was only enough housing to do either the front or rear mech. Not both. Very bummed and frustrated.

I bought these to replace the same ones that came on my 2008 Rockhopper. I was redoing the bike and wanted to start new with everything, even though the old ones were still working fine. This kit has everything you need and is available in so many color choices. It shifts great and looks great too.

Did anyone else's come with two POP ferrules pre-installed on each end of the housing? I emailed Jagwire and asked what they were for. They replied with, "The POP ferrule is designed to be used with V-Brakes in conjunction with the brake noodle and older Shimano STI systems." What is weird is the POP was all that would fit inside my LX shifters and LX rear derail. I was installing. The other ferrules would NOT fit into the LX stuff. I had another ferrule around and I made it work.
