the frame, components,suspension rear and front is excellent!!
the tires GEAX SAGUARO not the best for mud but you can finish one ride.

Best bike on the market for the price, to me the best bike period. I have the 2008 XC model (all white, full susp), got new from Jenson Usa. I had a Jamis Dakota (comp frame) in the 1990's and it had the best geometry of any bike I've had, including Cannondale, Fisher, Trek. I got a new Jamis, hoping to recapture that old magic fit and wasn't let down. Jamis bikes just fit well, I sometimes forget Im on a bike because it is so well balanced. If you havn't ridden a Jamis you are seriously missing out.

2009 is great so this will be as well. you can read review on 2009 model-great for the price. frame is worth upgrading. 2011 bike in pic got upgrade on rear frame as well as integrated headset
