As the recipient of this e-gift card, I found it very difficult to use in the checkout workflow. It took 15 minutes before I simply gave up. There's no place to enter the card number at checkout and the communication which comes with the gift card is atrocious.

After three weeks of not hearing anything about my order, I e-mailed the company. I finally received an e-gift card code to use on the website to redeem the card. I'm not sure if or when I would have received notification had I not contacted the company. On the plus side, someone responded promptly to my e-mails.
