Short of an air supply, this patch kit has everything you need to get you up and running again after a flat tire. I get a LOT of flats and burn through one of these kits about once a month. Until I get the chance to upgrade to a tubeless setup, I'll continue to buy these kits. They're incredibly effective... I've patched everything from 2.4" MTB meats to skinny 700x23c road tires and they've held reliably for many hundreds of miles.

All the items pack neatly into the small container that easily disappears into a jersey pocket or camelbak.

This is a good patch kit for majority of punctures. Most of my flats are caused by thorns or small wires so large patches are usually unnessary. The small patch size makes it easy to repair thin road tubes.

Great patch kit -- every bit as good as Park Tools' patch kit. It has everything you need to fix a tube, and its small enough to throw in a jersey pocket or saddle bag. Good stuff.

This is a good kit. The patches are smaller in size than in other kits and that's a great feature for road tires. These patches stick well and don't leak even in high pressure road tires. Carrying a spare tube may still be a good idea but don't dismiss patching a tire. You save some money and it's good for the environment.

Patches are sized appropriately. I like the round patch as opposed to the square patches in other kits which are too big and never seem to fit well.

I have used Rema and generic brand kit from another well known bicycle chain store before this besides other glueless variety.
Compare to generic brand, the size of the patches 3/4"(compare to 1" by another brand above) is far more useful because it covers 19mm(for 23-28mm tires) tube nicely when it's laid flat. When the size is bigger than this, both ends of patch can't be pressed against the tube so easily. Also the kit doesn't come with larger size for bigger cut which is good because if that happens, the tube is most likely unsavable anyway.
Another thing I liked about the kit is, the protective film is strong enough that peels off in one piece which makes it one less hassle. Another brand breaks easily.
In short, buying this kit is like getting Rema quality patch kit for a fraction of the cost and more patches(if you'll ever need that many is another matter). I've seen Rema is sold at $4 - $5.
The kit come with one big vulcanizing glue but most of it will be waste(and the remaining patches). I wish somebody makes a kit with small multiple tubes(like throw away plastic), preferably as many as the number of patches, so that neither will be waste.
So far I found the JensonUSA patch kit to be the most economical way to fix a flat tire without sacrificing the quality.
