Kenda Kozmik Lite II Pro 29" SCT Tire
If you enjoy the adventure and change of pace of including both pavement and dirt into your rides, you need a tire that's designed for both. Look no further than the Kozmik Lite II Pro tire! A fast semi-slick tire with multi-use tread in which each knob is designed with a specific purpose. The center of the tire features shallow knobs to reduce rolling resistance for speed on pavement or hard pack trails, while the heftier side knobs provide enough traction in the corners and allow the Kozmik Lite II Pro to float over looser conditions. The Dual Tread Compound (DTC) employs Kenda's L3R PRO compound in the center, while the outer knobs are composed of STICK-E compound, for a long-lasting center tread life, and superior cornering control and grip. Providing speed and versatility, the Kozmik Lite II Pro is a solid tire for fire road XC racing, mountain bike commuting, or mixed-terrain adventures.
- Dual Tread Compound €“ uses L3R Pro for durability and STICK-E for traction

I'm interested to see how the tires wear after a while and would definitely buy another set if they don't wear down quickly....
I am also running tubes in them.

PROS: Durable, Easy To Install, Lightweight
They are perfect tires for someone who takes their bike anywhere and needs a do all tire. I haven't found anything I don't like about them.
PROS: Easy Tubeless Setup, Durable, Lightweight, Easy To Install
BEST USES: commuting, Gravel, Mountain Biking
I've done the 2016 Leadville on these which was certainly not the best tire choice for significant part of the course. For sure low rolling resistance on pavement. Annoying slow leak in the rear during the race but got away with one single pit stop to re-inflate. Close inspection days later found a wire stuck in the tire. After that I've put them on my commuter bike (50/50 gravel roads/pavement) and they are holding up well with no signs of premature wear. Possibly great tires for bike packing, adventure racing etc.

Q & A
Is that the original use and design for this tire or is made for tubeless settings?
Thanks a million
