Comments about Kenda Kross Supreme Tire:
Running these as well as 700x40C Kenda Happy Mediums on my CX bike for training. These have much better grip in really wet and loose conditions, however they also have much more rolling resistance than the happy mediums at the same pressure. Over all it's a good tire and behaves very predictably on gravel and pavement as well

This tire gets great traction in terrible conditions. I could hear it gripping the loose sod and ripping the grass out in the turns.
I had no problem seating these on Bontragers or on Stans.
Note that these tires do not have a round profile - the knobs on the edges flatten out the tread.
I run it up front in all conditions.

This tire is the hardest tire I have ever owned to seat correctly. It takes about an hour of hit and miss to finally get all the wobble out of it. All the other tires over the last 20 years take seconds to put on and this one takes at least two beers!
