    I have this on both my Motobecane Fly Team Ti29er and the Giant Roam XR2. It fit perfectly on the Motobecane but was pretty tight on the Giant. But the Giant is the bike that needed it most as I was getting a lot of chain strikes. It works well, even though tight and does not come loose.

    I got this as a replacement for my OEM Cannondale chainstay protector, which ripped after 3 years and one frame replacement. Unfortunately, this thing barely fits around the massive chainstays of a Flash 29 frame. I don't know if the velcro will last very long, but we'll see.
    Other then that, it looks very nice.

                  I have a Lizard Skin chain protector on all four of my bikes. They protect the paint on the frame. Depending on where your rear derailleur cable is you may have to cut a small hole in the lizard skin protector and run the cable through it (had to do this on one of my bikes) otherwise very easy to install.

                  Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
