These are great. Very comfortable. Quality materials and build. Probably not for riding in freezing temperatures but perfect for those cold(ish) California mornings. I'm 6'4" tall with ~35" inseam and the XXL fits me perfectly. One warning, the fabric is treated with Teflon, it is the same slippery stuff that some chain lubes use. Now it is suddenly between your butt and the saddle so there is less friction there. Not necessarily a bad thing, but just feels different as it takes less effort to slide back and forth, sometimes unexpectedly, will probably just take some time to get used to. Overall very satisfied, the price dropped a bit since I bought but no regrets.
