Chose these wheels as an upgrade to my stock set on my long travel 29er. These wheels have taken too many tough hits to count and they refuse to go out of true. The new hub design is great, having more points of engagement has been helpful compared to the older C29ssmax wheels on my last bike. Going tubeless was very easy with the UST rims, no rim tape necessary, and done in my garage. I've put both tubeless ready tires and tubed tires on using Stan's with no problems. On the trail, the wheels are stiff and responsive. These wheels are the perfect all-day, every day wheelset.
