Eastern is a company that has its roots in BMX. Eastern has done very well at bringing high quality bikes and bike parts at affordable prices. Eastern, in recent years, has branched off into making 26” Dirt Jump bikes and these bikes are stacked with great parts and frames! The Nighttrain is Eastern’s top level Dirt Jump Complete Bike. A full 4130 Chromoly frame with double butted top tube and double butted downtube. The double butted downtube is offset butted at the head to create an internal gusset. Internal head tube for integrated headsets. This frame also has a Spanish bottom bracket and an integrated seat clamp. The fork is upgraded to a RockShox Argyle 318 with 100mm of travel and a 20mm through axel. This fork is a superb upgrade and is much lighter. The Nighttrain goes further with the upgrades to include Eastern Tribe 48 spline cranks outfitted with an Eastern shogun 7075 alloy Chainwheel. Eastern really stepped up their game with the Nighttrain. Using high quality parts and materials have made this bike weigh in at just less than 29 pounds. Light weight while keeping durability is a design challenge that eastern has been able to accomplish with the Nighttrain.
