After owning this tool for almost 2 years now, I give it 4+ stars. I think some of the reviews are a little harsh, keeping in mind this is a multitool, that's light enough to keep in your saddle bag or camelbak. It has almost everything you might need for a trailside repair. Definitely covers the common bases. It will not replace a set of home tools for most people. It will not allow you to put a huge amount of torque on something... what on a bicycle really needs that much torque anyway. I've used this tool where a non-jenson house-brand mail order tool has failed. The chain breaker is a neat feature where its wrench is actually built into the tire lever... and I'll admit, this is still my primary chain breaker. But keeping in mind it's a highly portable multitool, I think it does the job quite well. And Park stands by their stuff.

Bad design coming from Park. I'll be trying Crank Brothers multi-tool next. Don't bother buying this, spend your money elsewhere.

I returned this multi-tool. Its weaknesses make it a poor choice. I am surprised a company like Park Tools would make a tool with such dumb design flaws. Both those items would be real easy for them to fix.

BUY NOW. when I eliminated my old tools from my seat bag and replaced them with this, i had enough xtra space for another tube+co2. You wont see me broke down, walking with my bike

I am a fan of Park tools, but this one was not properly designed because the most important hex wrench (the 5 mm) is too short.
