This a fantastic handlebar, I replaced a bar I had on my litespeed that was causing compression numbness on my longer rides (200 + miles) and wow, no numbness on my latest 600k. I don't know why I did not replace my old one with this bar before.
The bar has long flats on the top and a comfortable bend with no weird bending ( you know the ones that are marked as being anatomical , only if you have hands the size of a baby). Nitto makes great products and this bar is one of their best!

Stiff construction with the extra width allows significant leverage and drive when out of the saddle and heaving the bike from side to side. The extra wide versions are a godsend for the larger cyclists as the shoulders don't feel cramped. The classic look may yet herald in a change from carbon everything.
