I enjoy these tabs, as they are an easy way of turning a reservoir into your sports drink without cruding it up with sugars. The lemon-lime flavor is unobtrusive, and isn't sickly sweet.
My gripe, so to speak, is that the tabs are carbonated. Some people like it, some people don't. I fall into the later category, especially while working out. I don't need to get stomach cramps gulping down carbonated water while riding.
The 'suggested serving' would have the user drop 3-4 tabs into a 100 oz reservoir. In my experience, one tab is more than enough. 2 or 3 more tabs wouldn't hurt, but are certainly not necessary.
Highly recommended, for someone who's out for more than a commute and doesn't like lugging bottles of sports drink in yer pak.
