I take my adult trike on short trips of ten miles or less, and have a Gu peanut butter flavor with 20 ounces of water after each ride. They are absolutely delicious, make a good low-calorie snack, and give me no jitters like other energy products do. I'll definitely be buying more of them.

I use my adult trike for exercise, averaging 3 trips per day totaling 12-15 miles. I have a GU when I get home after my first and second trip.
The things I like about it are the portability-the packs are so small that they can be easily stowed in a saddle pack; the flavor-like a really good cup of espresso; and the digestibility-no stomach upset or jitters.
What I didn't care for was cutting my mouth on the sharp edges of the packaging when trying to get the last sip out of the pack.
